Kestrel has proven and current remarketing experience on all Airbus and Boeing commercial airliners. It also has transacted Bombardier, Fokker, McDonnell Douglas commercial airliners.
We are retained not only by airlines but also financial institutions, investors and export credit agencies to remarket aviation assets at lease expiry or transaction default. Our services include:
- Brief aircraft owner on market supply/demand, prices and fair market values
- Provide guidance and recommendations to owner on the optimum sales strategy in respect of the aircraft
- Prepare marketing campaign and identify potential buyers worldwide
- Prepare aircraft specification and technical data package for buyers
- Co-ordinate the inspection of the aircraft by potential purchasers
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sale with buyers with seller involvement
- Manage any modifications or maintenance of the aircraft required prior to sale
- Prepare and negotiate Letters of Intent with seller’s legal advisor
- Prepare and Negotiate purchase agreement with seller’s legal advisor
- Ensure purchaser’s compliance of its obligations under the purchase agreement
- Manage the handover of the aircraft to buyer
